Scapular Retraction: Rowing (Eccentric) - Arms - 90 Degrees (Resistance Band)
Hold end of band in each hand. Pull back until elbows
are even with trunk, and out from sides at 90°, thumbs in. Slowly release for 3-5 seconds. Use ________ resistance band.
